Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Award winners and runners up have the option to purchase a Best Business Awards Marketing Pack but this is not compulsory.

Those entries not received by the deadline date will automatically be carried over to the next round.

Entrants will be advised if they have won a Best Business Award by email within one month of the deadline for the next round.

In the event of a tie in a particular category i.e. more than one entrant receives the highest score from the judges, the Awards reserve the right to have more than one winner in that category.”
