Claire Gates, Managing Director, borro
Claire has over 10 years experience in the financial services sector working for major blue chip companies. Having previously led the Retailer and Partnership section of GE Capital in Central & Eastern Europe, Claire was most recently Managing Director at Virgin Money, where she established Virgin Money Canada. Lorraine Collins, Executive Director for Enterprise & Development, Uxbridge College
Lorraine Collins has been working at Uxbridge College since June 2003. Her current role is Executive Director for Enterprise and Development and she has a particular interest in introducing new initiatives to help employers improve their business competitiveness. Part of her remit is also to ensure that students leave the College with the qualifications, skills and attitude which will make them suitably equipped for employment and an asset to employers. The College works with over 500 local employers ranging from sole traders to large multi nationals. It understands how to support the challenges and opportunities that businesses face from recruitment and retention of appropriately skilled staff to in- work training and supporting their future workforce needs. Tom Nabielec, Founder, Perfect Storm Media
Tom Nabielec is an experienced Internet entrepreneur having started Perfect Storm Media with its "Pay-per-Sale" business model. Perfect Storm has won awards for its work, including being nominated 3 times at the 2010 Affiliates4U Awards, including Best Paid Search Partnership. Perfect Storm is backed financially by Chris Mathias of Arbor Ventures. Tom has worked with entrepreneurs most of his career, having previously been a technology investment professional at General Atlantic Partners, a $10 billion global private equity fund. Jim McDonald, Director of Finance & Deputy Chief Executive, Canterbury City Council
Jim McDonald has over 38 years experience in local government finance and has been a director at Canterbury since 1996. During that time the council has won a number of awards reflecting its commitment to providing high quality services to its community. Jim is passionate about high quality public services and believes in empowering staff to seek continuous improvement. That is reflected in the performance of services he has been responsible for and in his department being awarded the Customer Service Excellence accreditation and the IiP Work Life Balance accreditation.

Sally Pritchett, Director, Something Big
Sally Pritchett has an extensive back-ground in client side brand development, commercial, training and operations roles for global hospitality organisation Compass Group. She jumped ship to run Something Big nearly ten years ago and now works closely with clients to define their marketing strategies and solve challenging marketing conundrums. Ian Hughes, Managing Director, Consumer Intelligence
A graduate of Harvard Business School, Ian has always had a passion for information technology and combined IT with Marketing at M&S and MM Group where he created the first Internet shops for Wallace and Gromit. Howard McKenzie, Managing Director, HMSL
Howard McKenzie left the public sector in August 2009 when the Principal of Jewel and Esk College in Edinburgh which was regarded as one of the most innovative and successful colleges in Scotland. He is now a consultant to West George College in Glasgow, a private sector International College; Non-executive director of Hunter Wealth Management (IFAs) and carries out overseas consultancy for a variety of Companies and organisations. He is also a published romantic novelist.

David Connor, Managing Director, Coethica
Coethica is a specialist CSR consultancy with particular unique expertise in successfully engaging with the smallest of businesses. Mark Hannay
Mark Hannay is a tech entrepreneur with several years experience of working at blue chip corporates within consumer, speciality and consumer finance.
